2004-08-03 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Yup! ^_^
2004-08-06 [wiccagal]: I AM here to insult Bush, but in a good way. He is a supprter of Guns, Abortion, and keeping our soilders in Iraq. First off, It should be a woman's CHOICE to have an abortion. She shouldn't have the baby die unless she doesn't want to. Then the whole gun thing. Hello...? Is there a brain inside? I realize that it's the people behind the gun that kill, not the gun, but children can get hols of guns and kill someone without meaning to. And our soilders in Iraq? It was good to get Saddam out of there, but why keep our soilders there? It's not as if there is a NEW terrorist to be lookin out for. But if there WAS one, I would support it. There. I'm done.
2004-08-06 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Alright, guys, to talk to her about this stuff, go to the Discussion Board! ^^
2004-08-06 [Ylaraniala Majere]: And welcome, wiccagal!
2004-08-08 [Acomplished Exile]: 1.The baby deserves to live! its his right!why did you have him then?If you are going to have sex then attain to the consequnces!yo
2004-08-08 [Ylaraniala Majere]: (watch it, don't insult her)
2004-08-08 [Acomplished Exile]: why we are tehre???????he
2004-08-08 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Deveel, it would be nice for you to delete the bad language... I have to delete your comment because of it... please rewrite without it, I just don't want that here, we do want to have your opinion. Sorry.

2004-08-13 [nameless, again]: yeah, i put you guys on ours too...
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Thanks!
2004-08-13 [Typical Cracka Behavior]: Personally, I don't blame Bush for all this trouble...I blame his administration
2004-08-13 [Typical Cracka Behavior]: Bush is just the idiot figure head of everything.
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Your second comment DOES insult Bush, you know.
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Also, it was IRAQI TERRORISTS that attacked us, not Iran, so we went after the Iraqi ones.
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Where is any proof at all that the Iranians were the ones?
2004-08-13 [nameless, again]: if your wondreing who's to blame for the 9/11 terrorists, its Bill Clinton....Nea
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: That's true. And that was probably on purpose, too.
2004-08-13 [nameless, again]: yeah....i mean, someone starts throwing bombs at you you'll be a little pissed at that person wouldnt you...also shortly after this took place Osama sent out tapes talking about bringing a fight to America and President Clinton...
2004-08-13 [nameless, again]: and people try and place blame on Bush for it happening...
2004-08-13 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Yeah, and Clinton dumped it on Bush.
2004-08-13 [nameless, again]: ...bastard...h
2004-08-14 [farfy girl]: He also dumped the economic problems on him... My stupid liberal friend thinks that the giant American economy died right after Bush got into office because of him. Yeah right! e_e
2004-08-14 [nameless, again]: people talk like they know what their saying but all that comes out is "blah blah blah, am I popular yet?"
2004-08-15 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Yes, that's about it... Bush doesn't really seem to care that much... he just says what he wants and DOES it.
2004-08-15 [Acomplished Exile]: the economy died cuz of 9/11-whoever was president was bound to be a wartime and a bad economy president
2004-08-15 [nameless, again]: exactly...
2004-08-15 [Ylaraniala Majere]: Actually, the economy has gone UP since Bush was president, even though it is wartime... strange, no?
2004-08-19 [Acomplished Exile]: yeap
2004-08-19 [Ylaraniala Majere]: ...*sigh* I'm handing this over to [Acomplished Exile] if he wants it, any other supporter if he doesn't, as I won't be here for a while. Sorry, guys.... *sigh*
2004-08-19 [sophomoric]: The economy hasn't gone up, the American dollar is doing worse than it has for a long time... and the US is suffering from an all-time high deficit, as well as suffering from an over-financed military that is more than that of the world in its entirety. Sorry to break it to you, but while Bush is a decent person, his leadership skills are severely lacking in a situation of this nature. The war on Iraq would have been a much better event if he had waited for more global support. Though props to him for the removal of Hussein.
2004-08-19 [Delight]: Also, Clinton actually was quite a good president. If the media hadn't attacked him, and he hadn't done something that was amazingly stupid, he would have been considered one of the best presidents ever. He actually completely fixed the national debt, and brought it way above zero. But the moment bush got in office, everything changed. (Sorry, had to say something, didn't get a chance to type anything last night.)
2004-08-26 [Acomplished Exile]: everythign changed cuz of 9/11. had clinton been president these days the economy would've been the same..........
2004-08-26 [Delight]: Because he fixed the national debt? And the loss of the money was actually done significantly before 911.
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: One thing you need keep in mind is that regardless of what had occured, the collapse of the economy has been played in part by the overwhelming amount of money that has been spilled into the military.
2004-08-26 [Ylaraniala Majere]: The reason that the military needed to have money dumped in it was because Clinton almost DISMANTLED it!
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: The funny thing about that is that that is a load of BS.... For one, the military budget, upon Clinton's exit was 360 billion dollars per year. The second leading military power being Russia, which had 60 billion dollars per year. If the United States were at all intent on seeing the world develop into something peaceful, the most appropriate conditions would be to wait for global support from AT LEAST the majority of its allies, as well as effectively instating a co-dependence rather than pumping its military budget up over 700 billion dollars per year (more than all the other military budgets in the world... TOGETHER)
2004-08-26 [Ylaraniala Majere]: And the truth is that that isn't enough. Money does not mean well trained or many troops... it may just mean paying the officers. Also, REALLY, if you do that then they expect you to do things they want and you suddenly aren't your own country anymore.
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: The fact of the matter is, we all inhabit the planet together. Not everyone on this earth is half as selfish as you just accused them of being. Nationalism never benefitted anyone. In Germany, it was nationalism that allowed for World War Two to break out as quickly as it did. Because we view ourself with borders and seperations, we will never successfully accomplish any form of achievement of peace. It will just be one country dominating another until that one crumbles. Besides, if the money doesn't mean that much, then why pour so much into it? Why not just finance things like the educational system; it's severely lacking in a great many places and even 200 billion dollars funneled into it
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: could make all the necessary difference.
2004-08-26 [Aly~Ducati]: "I signed off on that wonderful transaction: Sammy Sosa for Harold Baines."- George W. Bush, when asked in a debate to describe his biggest mistake as an adult
2004-08-26 [Aly~Ducati]: "General. I can't name the general. General."- George W. Bush, asked by a repoter to name the leader of Parkistan
2004-08-26 [Aly~Ducati]: "When I was coming up, it was a dangerous world, but we knew exactly who the "they" were. It was us versus them....Today we're not so sure who they are, but we know they're there"-George W. Bush, on the post-Cold War politics
2004-08-26 [Delight]: Also, the best armies in the worlds history run on the least funds. We dont need millions of dollars that could go to helping other things... say healthcare... into something whose goal is to cause pain and the like to others. It can be good to have a well trained army. I will admit that. But it's also a fact that the world views the US as a brute now. And believe me, they didn't think this four years ago. We had the best relations that we've ever had with Ireland... And Bush went in office and has begun to completely ignore those relations. And the other relations with countries that aren't particularly financially beneficial to the 'ol U.S. of A.
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: Hell, even relations with Canada (the biggest partner in trade with the US) have been on a steady decline. Of course, it isn't entirely Bush's fault, nor were many of the things that occured Clinton's fault. It also deals with the entire political structure, so that would include both the senate and the house of representative
2004-08-26 [farfy girl]: I just have one quick thing to say: I don't think we should be spending more on healthcare and making America sink even faster down the slippery slope of socialism. Socialism, is to say the least, awful, and leads to communism. I say shut down the borders to illegal immigrants, kick the terrorists' holy butts, and stop making America into another Canada or whatnot. Did you know that thanks to socialism, Canada and England now have third-world care for people with life-threateni
2004-08-26 [farfy girl]: In retrospect, maybe that wasn't just a quick thing to say. *lol* :) I could go on about the terrorists hiding in their "holy shrines", but I think I won't for now...
2004-08-26 [elfboy]: That is very sick.
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: That's actually something quite interesting, and I'd very much like to know your source, because I happen to be a Canadian resident, and I know a great number of people that have suffered from life-threateni
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: That's actually something quite interesting, and I'd very much like to know your source, because I happen to be a Canadian resident, and I know a great number of people that have suffered from life-threateni
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: As far as your arguments go, Canada's healthcare system is only partially socialist to begin with. For example, varying on the surgery (I had sugery September 29, 2003) it is paid for by the government. Therefore, operations that are necessary to someone's well-being are actually affordable, rather than people struggling to raise enough money to pay for the procedure. It was an excellent attempt at slandering Canada, however, it was an extremely flawed argument. Especially since Socialism and communism are extremely different.
2004-08-26 [farfy girl]: So you're saying that socialism and communism are not at all the similar? How do you figure that? If you look in any college text on government, you'll see that the next step to the left from socialism is communism. Excuse if I'm wrong, but with communism one is supposed to submit all his property to the government, while with socialism it's more inclined towards extreme taxation, and lots of free stuff. You steal from Jim to give to Jack, and that's wrong. I don't live in Canada, but I've heard a lot of stories...
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: Oh yes, and stories are immediately validated simply because you heard them? Keep the following in mind: Communism is the even distribution of wealth for everyone, socialism is taxation of the people for the benefit of the whole. If the government owns the industries that exist locally, then the income from such industries could go straight into the government, while maintaining reasonably low prices. That way the government's taxation needn't be as high. At first, higher taxes would be a point of necessity but reduction is possible at later stages. It also depends on how much you make, how much you get taxed. Those in the lower classes are actually taxed considerably less in Canada than
2004-08-26 [sophomoric]: they would be in the US. People making Salaries over 100,000 dollars are taxed of about half of it (keeping in mind that this allows for them to still maintain a comfortable level of living). It allows for people to be treated better overall while providing favourable conditions. Oh, and the American dream of rags to riches is more likely to come to fruition in Canada than in the US. Socialism must be horrible!
